Recently I received a message that our TV station has some of the best footage on You Tube! Well done Room 2! However this person was astonished that there were not more views. On their advice I was directed to becomeviral.com. Yes, I know, it sounds dodgy but what I did find when I googled it was this TED talks that I have linked below for you to view. Very funny and has great suggestions to understand why videos go viral.
1. Get tweeted, especially by someone famous
2. Spread it or do something new with a video
3. Most importantly and my favorite; be unique and unexpected, surprising and humorous. Not too big of a task if you consider what clips do go viral!
