Cyber bullying - what is it really?

Technology is changing the way we do things.

In our classrooms we are constantly evaluating the way we use, integrate and enhance our teaching and learning through technology. However, there are times we can be so absorbed with how technology can be used - we may need to realign our focus to the way students are using technology to engage with and develop friendships. This is becoming an increasingly troublesome issue with cyber bullying incidents on the increase.

This website is great in explaining what cyber bullying is and how it affects children, but most importantly what we can do as teachers or as a parent. This may be a great resource for parents of your school seeking information or senior students who need advice or support.
