How can you be a famous failure?#!

With reports due out soon this is timely to consider what we write and how it affects our students.
How well do we embrace failure in our classrooms?
Do you celebrate failure as a learning curve?
Are we celebrating strengths in all areas or just the ones we have to for National Standards?
Our attitudes, words and comments affect others - lets make them empowering?
